How does the personalisation work?

On personalised products, you upload your photo or enter your text right on the product page before adding to cart. You'll see a preview so you know exactly what you're getting.

Why are some products slower to arrive?

We print in Australia where we can (fast), but a few products are only made overseas (slower). Every product page and our Shipping page tell you which is which, with clear Christmas cut-off dates.

Can I get it in time for Christmas?

Yes — if you order by the cut-off dates on our Shipping page. Australian-printed items have a later cut-off than overseas ones. Order early to be safe.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes. Add a few days to delivery times and order a bit earlier for Christmas. More answers on our FAQ page.
