Made To Mean It: Shipping Policy
We ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Every item is made to order just for you, so delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

The rate is charged once per order, not per item.
Two kinds of products, two delivery speeds
Some of our products are printed in Australia (fast) and some are printed overseas (slower). Every product page says which is which.
- Production: 2 to 5 business days for every item.
- Australian-printed items (mugs, ornaments, apparel, stickers, tote bags, greeting cards, gift wrap and more): usually 2 to 5 business days in transit after production.
- Overseas-printed items (canvas, calendars, candles, posters, journals, phone cases, puzzles, bottles and more): usually 10 to 20 business days in transit after production. Express is faster.
- New Zealand: add roughly 3 to 7 business days to the times above.
If your order contains both kinds of item, it may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost.

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas and could arrive in early January. We set these dates early on purpose. We'd rather under-promise than have a gift arrive late.
Tracking
When your order ships you'll get an email with tracking details where the carrier provides them.
Address problems
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it but may need to charge the shipping again.
Duties and taxes
Made To Mean It is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to your order. Most small personal orders enter New Zealand without extra charges, but any duties or taxes charged on arrival are the customer's responsibility.
