Shipping & Christmas Delivery
We want your gift to arrive on time, so we're going to be completely straight with you about delivery. Please read this before ordering for Christmas.
Two kinds of products, two delivery speeds
Some of our products are printed right here in Australia (fast). Others are printed overseas (slower). Every product page tells you which is which.
🇦🇺 Australian-printed products (fast)
Mugs, tees, hoodies and crewnecks, ornaments, stickers, tote bags, photo cards, posters, canvas prints, framed prints and phone cases.
Order by Thursday 10 December for Christmas delivery (standard shipping). Made locally, shipped fast.
✈️ Overseas-printed products (standard)
Embroidered hats, soy candles, travel mugs, water bottles and baby bodysuits.
Order by Monday 23 November for standard Christmas delivery. Express option: order by Wednesday 9 December and choose Express at checkout. After these dates we can't guarantee arrival before Christmas, and it may land in early January.
Standard shipping times (non-peak)
Australian-printed: 2 to 5 business days after production. Overseas-printed: 10 to 20 business days after production. Production adds 2 to 5 business days on top, as each item is made to order.
New Zealand orders
We ship to NZ too. Add roughly 3 to 7 business days to the times above, and bring the Christmas cut-offs forward by a week: Australian-printed by Thursday 3 December, overseas-printed by Monday 16 November (express by Wednesday 2 December).
The honest bit
